What we are
Shibuya Sky Tours is an independent travel guide for Shibuya. We compare Shibuya Sky tickets, go-kart tours, walking tours and food experiences, then link you to Klook, GetYourGuide or Viator where you complete payment.
We may earn a commission when you book through our links, at no extra cost to you. Each experience page shows partner ratings, meeting points and cancellation rules before you click through.
What we are not
We do not run Shibuya Sky or any tour. The observation deck belongs to Shibuya Scramble Square. Kart, walk and food experiences are operated by the companies named on each partner listing.
We are not the official site and we do not process payments. Your contract is with the booking partner you choose.
We are not based in Shibuya. The addresses on tour pages are meeting points for operators — not our office. Reach us by email for site questions only.
How booking works
Pick an experience, read the partner policy on the page, then click Check availability. You complete checkout on Klook, GetYourGuide or Viator and receive their confirmation email and mobile voucher.
Cancellations, refunds and date changes are handled by that partner — not by us. See our cancellation page for an overview.

We would rather describe a focused catalogue properly than list the same lift thirty times under different names.

We would rather show an accurately labelled street or rooftop photo than a stock image from somewhere else passed off as the deck. Tour copy is checked against partner listings; images illustrate the neighbourhood and experience type.
