Our verdict

Makes sense on a transit-heavy day when you would buy a 24-hour metro pass anyway. One Viator checkout for Sky plus subway; skip it if you are only staying in Shibuya.

Pros

Sky admission and 24-hour subway in one purchase
Useful when stacking Shibuya with Shinjuku, Asakusa or Ginza
Mobile voucher for both portions
Can be cheaper than separate ticket + pass

Cons

Poor value if you are not riding the metro that day
Subway activates on first use — plan the 24-hour window
Sky entry is still timed; subway does not replace the 14F gate
Reseller bundle — activation steps are on the voucher
